When making your appointment, please advise the receptionist if you feel that you require a longer appointment so that an appropriate consultation time can be arranged. We strive to provide a a professional and friendly service that exceeds expectations, and we value all patient feedback, both positive and negative. From time to time, we will be seeking your feedback in form of a Patient Survey as part of meeting our accreditation standards. We would encourage you to give us suggestions as to how we may improve our health services to you. Any complaints will be taken seriously and please feel free to contact us.

This survey was completed in May 2023 and suggestion for improvements have been received, these have been discussed at a meeting and we will endeavour to continue to exceed.

Past improvements:

• High raised chairs have been added to our waiting room in response to patient feedback.

• The new treatment room/nurse consulting room has been refurbished as the result of a grant from the Commonwealth Department of Health and is an excellent facility for the practice and patients.

• We introduced HotDoc – this is used for online bookings, SMS appointment reminders, and tools for encouraging preventative health.

• We have a TV slideshow promoting information and preventative healthcare.

• Keeping extra appointments for on the day (this is on top on our emergency slots) – these are individually triaged by nurse.

Suggestions:

If you have any feedback, please feel free to let us know.
